SynGenSys has developed industry-leading technology for increasing recombinant protein expression by controlling the major determinant of expression, transgene transcription. The technology can be used in biologics production to increase the productivity of each cell in a mammalian cell process, and to improve the safety, efficacy, and manufacturability of cell & gene therapy (CGT) medicines. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to build presence for SynGenSys in its global markets and drive commercial growth across the biologics and CGT sectors. The successful candidate will have a proven record of selling technologies, services, or solutions in the life sciences sector, ideally with experience relevant to biologics and CGT development. This role is well-suited to an individual with the ambition to transition toward leadership responsibilities as the company grows, whilst being committed to building the sales pipeline in the short to medium term.
